How to formulate a desire?
- Only positive! Do not use the prefix “not”, the words “get rid of”, “quit”, “stop”, etc. Instead of “stop hurting,” make a guess to “become healthy.” Instead of “get rid of excess weight” – “to find harmony.” Your subconscious should hear the words health, happiness, beauty, love, not illness, loneliness, poverty.
- Only specifically! The desire to “meet a man” is vague. The subconscious mind takes everything literally. The wording should be complete, i.e. “To meet a man and fall in love” will not work, a lot of options that do not suit us are possible here. For example, love, but without reciprocity. To love, but not free. To love the beggar and the evil … You ordered to love and nothing more – that’s what you got! Guess “to meet a smart, secure, free man and marry him in mutual love.”
- Do not limit yourself in the ways of achieving the desired! Your subconscious is wiser, it will find the shortest path to the goal! The desire to “make money and buy a car” contains a limitation if your goal is a car. After all, you can get a cherished car in other ways, not necessarily through hard work. Do not close your other ways!
- Do not spray! If you have a goal or a dream, to achieve which you need a lot of resources, concentrate only on it. The rest of the spheres of life is better to let it drift a little. This will free your energy for the main thing. For example, your goal is to get a position and earn 50 thousand rubles. But a good half of your energy goes into rivalry with your husband and quarrels with your mother-in-law, and the rest goes to improving your son’s academic performance. What spheres of life do you spend on energy and are these expenses everywhere justified? Highlight the main thing!
- Make sure that desire is true and comes from the heart. The untrue are caused by envy, greed, emptiness, resentment, fear, “herd feeling” or imposed by someone. Listen to yourself, do you really need this? Will the fulfillment of a dream cause happiness and harmony? Or is something like “well, now I’ll show them”, “I will prove that I am …”, “and I will also have …”? Imagine that desire came true, that you feel? Happiness or discomfort? Untrue desires are not fulfilled or, when fulfilled, do not bring happiness.
